The meeting place changes according to the ride so get there early for the briefing with a full tank and an empty bladder. Any postponements or cancellations will be advertised on “The Breeze” (891AM - 94 98 FM) at 8.30am on the ride day.

Long Ride: the Apiti Hotel ~ 13 May

Long John Silver Maroulis is well known for his long rides and complicated convolutions. But this time he has excelled even his own best efforts. This ride to the Apiti Hotel will encompass a portion of the lower North Island (including Wilson Rd) and finish at Apiti for lunch with an option for riders to return home via SH1 or through the Wairarapa.

Social Ride: Gladstone Hotel ~ gravel option ~ 27 May

The Gladstone Pub is the bikers’ mecca in the Wairarapa where we always get a great welcome. Road riders will follow an “interesting” route to the pub while gravel riders have the option of going to Martinborough and over the Admiral Range to Gladstone.
